From Survey to Solution: Turning your Performance Standards Survey Results into Action

Join the Office of Local and Regional Health (OLRH) for an interactive Zoom session focused on helping local public health entities take the next steps with the Performance Standards Survey results. This webinar will walk participants through the structure of the results reports, explain how to interpret key findings and identified barriers, and explore how municipalities can use the data to support strategic planning and FY27 priority-setting.  

Participants will hear directly from technical support providers and subject matter experts during a facilitated panel discussion focused on practical strategies for addressing common challenges.

The panel discussion will provide an opportunity to explore resource constraints and discuss practical approaches to addressing them, including strategies for effectively communicating survey results with municipal leadership and planning for regional collaboration or shared services opportunities. Participants will also learn about available state and local resources that support long-term sustainability and compliance with the Massachusetts Performance Standards for Local Public Health. In addition, attendees will receive information on relevant trainings, technical assistance opportunities, and other resources available to support ongoing local public health capacity-building efforts.

• Access your survey results via email: An email containing a link to access your survey results was sent from performancestandards@mass.gov. Subject line “Access your SAPHE 2.0 Performance Standards Survey Results Summary”  
• Review your results page: Look at your progress and identify areas where strategic planning and priority setting could help strengthen overall capacity 
• Brainstorm questions for our Q&A session: Our panelists of subject matter experts are available to answer your questions. We will facilitate a live Q&A using your questions – submit your questions using the chat box.
